We Are Open!

To our clients, colleagues, referral sources, friends and family:

The Law Office of Jennifer Thaete continues to be open for business!!!

Our number one goal is the health and safety of each one of our team members, our clients, and our community.

We continue to assist clients with their essential legal needs.

We have a relatively large (3000 sq ft) office and our team on site are 6 feet or more away from each other and from any clients who may come in.

We have switched all meetings that can be to phone appointments.

For those that are in person – primarily signing appointments, we are doing the following:

Maximum 2 clients (spouses) at a time in the office, other parties must wait outside; Managing the calendar for in person appointments in a single day by setting appointments to allow time to elapse between them (this may mean a longer wait for an appointment); Clients and team members wearing masks; Hand sanitizer and hand wipes available for client use; Team Members frequently washing their hands with soap and water; All areas wiped with disinfecting wipes before and after clients expected; Clients sitting at one end of a 6 foot long conference room table, team members at the other end; The door kept locked to avoid any non-expected parties from entering the space; Clients vetted before their appointment for their health symptoms and possible exposure; and the best part – Clients being given a brand new pen that they get to keep as their party favor!

We know that a year later there is still uncertainty and that can be unnerving and we appreciate that people need help – we are doing all we are capable of to assist our clients in the best way possible – while doing everything we can to maintain the health of our clients, team members, family and friends.

If you have any questions – please don’t hesitate to call our office at 925-447-0134 during normal business hours or contact us online.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding – we look forward to assisting you.
