Jennifer Thaete
Jennifer Thaete, is a certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
She practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning, including the creation of Trust and Will based Estate Plans. Additionally, she assists clients in the areas of Probate, Trust Administration, and other matters related to post death administration and the probate court.
She is an active member of the California State Bar and a member of that body’s Trusts and Estates section; a member of the American Bar Association, Alameda County Bar Association and the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association.
Ms. Thaete is actively involved in the community; her activities include being an active member of the Livermore Rotary Club and having served on many local boards and assisting many organizations including the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (Chair year 2014) and acting as the Legal Advisor to Livermore Downtown, Inc.
She enjoys speaking and educating people about the benefits of proper estate planning. She is always interested in speaking engagements of any size and forum, please contact our office if you would like to know more about the various topics she presents on.
Ms. Thaete is married and has three children. She lives in Livermore with her family and enjoys being an active part of the community in which she herself was raised.
